THE SIX FUNDAMENTAL RIGHTS ARE :
1. RIGHT TO EQUALITY : Every citizen, right from poor to right has equal in the eye of law.No one is above in the eye of law. The law can't discriminated between people on the basis of caste, creed and gender.
RIGHT TO FREEDOM: It includes right of freedom of speech and expression, the right to form association everyone has a right to move freely no one can interpret him/ her.
RIGHT AGAINST EXPLORATION: The constitution prohibited trafficking, force to do labor, a child under 14 years can't be forced to do work.
RIGHT TO FREEDOM OF RELIGION: Right to freedom has allowed to all citizens. Every one has a right to change religion or follow any religion.
CULTURE AND EDUCATION RIGHT: The constitution states that all minority, religion or linguistic can set up education institutions in order to develop their country.
RIGHT TO CONSTITUTION REMAINDERS: This allows citizens to move in any court of they believe that any of their fundamental rights have been violated by the state.
