when we represent them in a flag we feel that we r only king on this earth and no can defeat us..it also help us to gain courage in ourselves

Its generally used as a hazard symbol that warns of danger, usually it regards to poisonous substances, such as deadly chemicals. This symbol in flag is related to Danse Macabre symbolism.
