capacitance without dielectric is given as,

C=EA/D

we know that capacitance increases in the presence of dielectric

C ' = KE•A/3D/4

C ' =4KE•A/3D

ratio of C ' and C

C ' /C=4K/3

I hope this helps ( ╹▽╹ )
