Sleeping pills are those who are suffering from sleeplessness.But it is not advisable to take them without consulting doctor because sleeping pills should be taken only certain amount.If they take them more then they become crazy and also die.So Many suicide attempts by taking more pills and die .

So we should certain amount of pills which is adviced by the doctor.
