The answer will be (c).

Amoeba undergoes binary fission in order to reproduce and produce the offspring. It divides into two daughter cells. While dividing the cell of amoeba first of all the cell itself along its and then later on the nucleus is elongated. On further elongation, the amoeba splits from the middle and forms to daughter cells from the parent cell.

Yeast reproduces by the method of budding in which the yeast cell develops daughter cells out of body and the daughter cell stays attached on the body of the parent cell.

The daughter cells once mature enough get detached from the parent cell and form individual cells.
