You don't have to write inorder to learn thus learning doesn't go hand in hand with writing , making this solgan false.In my opinion learning is a process because before you learn something you see it,intanilize it in your brain and afterwards you record it in your brain,which you may decide later on to tell someone or write it down.

Learning also takes place in different stages for example what one learned in primary is different from what he or she will learn in highschool.
