2x - y = 0 \\  \\ y = 2x \\  \\ 3x + 2y = 11 \\  \\ put \: d \: vlue \: of \: y \\  \\ 3x + 2(2x) = 11 \\  \\ 3x + 4x = 11 \\  \\ 7x = 11 \\  \\ x =  \frac{11}{7}  \\  \\ y = 2x = 2 \times  \frac{11}{7}  \\  \\ y = \frac{22}{7}
