small 'g'= GM/R2 than where will the value of g be hight at Goa Beach or on top of Mount Everest ?

g cannot change on earth it will be 9.8only

g=Gm/r^2
so as radius (distance from centre) increases, g decrease
so, g would be smaller at Goa beach
