small intestine is very long and coiled .Even if we jump and run,why it does not get twisted?What can happen if gets twisted?

twisting of intestine is called twisted bowl or volvulus . it happens when intestine twists itself or the tissue holds its place .The affected spot blocks food and liquid by passing through.
