I wish I were a butterfly.
I would fly away, up to the sky.
If I were a butterfly.
I would be small and light,
Pale blue and pretty.
If I were a butterfly.
I would be sitting on a flower in a shining sun.
If I were a butterfly.
I would fly to the moon, dancing it it's silver night.
I would fly over the rainbow,
Giggling as my wings are painted with color.
I would fly into my dreams,
There I would sing with the birds and swim with the fish,
Run through the woods with the wolves.
In my dreams,

(Sun's Shine) The sun shines right at me,
It makes me blind when it stares at me.
I could see my shadow next to me,
So bold and black,
But the sun fixes that.
When the sun turns away into the the clouds
the world starts to darken.
So dark and black.
I wonder and wonder will it ever come back?
