So in my online classes today,the teachers told to write all the things that stressed me out in a sheet ,then fold it and put it in a balloon and burst it. They said it'll help with stress. But I am feeling even more stressful after the paper full of stressful stuff fell in my lap after I burst the balloon...


Now what should I do?​

what your teacher said is absolutely right because writing all the things which you fell stress in a paper then you kept in a balloon and blasted it the meaning of it is to smash all your stress for every problem which you fell stress their is a solution for it just think how to solve it in many ways keep certain time for that remaining time you try to apply it if you didn't get any solution ask your dear ones help just be cool everything which happens in your life is not only done by you still if you fell very much stres then just take a long breath and start counting numbers until you get relief from your stress or just think about what you like a favorite place or anything or go to the place where you fell so relaxed and peaceful to your mind
