Social processes are related to social interactions.

The reason is that is world works with the help of social contacts and interactions.  

The presence of other human beings means that an interaction is a must.

Now the systems in a country are run by people.Therefore in order for any process to happen, one would need to interact. often times the systems are so corrupt that a personal connection is required in order for a procedure to take place.  

So the statement is justified that without social interactions, this would could not progress.
