Answer: yes, we are agree from the statement that India is rich in many types of resources but deficient in other resources like technology. Technology is most important to utilise the natural resources for any nation. For example : Rajasthan is able to produce wind energy but due to lack of technology it doesn't produce electricity from wind mills and depend upon other sources for electricity.
