First world war:
First world war also known as Great war or World War I was initially started in Northern America on 18 July 1914. First world war began after the assassination of Archduke Franz Ferdinand. The major countries in the first world war was
United states, Japan, Germany, Austria-Hungary, Bulgaria and the Ottoman Empire which fought against Great Britain, France, Russia, Italy, Romania.
World war was one of the largest destruction and deaths war. This war was fought between 1914 to 1918. Over 16 million soldiers and people were died during the first world war. Due to very large destruction, The condition of the world was totally disturbed.
Non Co-operation movement:
Non co-operation movement was started by Mahatma Gandhi on 1 August 1920. The main motive of this Non co-operation was to obtain the full independence to India from Britishers and having independent self governance to India.
Mahatma Gandhi realized that there is no any prospect of getting treatment from British, so Gandhiji started the Non Co-operation movement. But, Due to government of Britishers in 1920, This movement was failed. Further in 1927, the simmon commission reformed the structure of Indian Government.
Civil Disobedience:
Civil disobedience movement was lead by Mahatma Gandhi. This movement was started at Congress session of December 1929. The main aim of this movement was to Disobedience the orders of British government, such that British government should get in trouble and they should live India. During this movement, Mahatma Gandhi decided that India will be celebrating Independence day on 26th January from 1930.
Due to which, the congress meetings were held all over the India and all Indian people were protesting; To handle this condition, Britishers killed hundreds of people and firing. During this movement, Gandhiji was arrested with the thousands of other people.
During this movement, Bhagat singh, Sukh Dev and Rajguru was also arrested on throwing a bomb on Central Assembly Hall.
Indian Project tiger:
Indian project tiger is actually a conservation programme started by Indian government on 1 April 1973. The main motive of this project was to control the tiger decreasing number. As the no. of tigers in India are decreasing day by day, Government of India started this programme. Tigers are very important and unique animals and there number in India was decreasing day by day, and chances was tiger can became extinct from India, by considering this all points, Indian government started this project.
This project was launched in Jim Corbett National Park, Uttrakhand under the leadership of prime minister Indira Gandhi. There are around 50 national parks and scanturies involved in this project. Due to this project, the number of tigers have became 5000 from 1200 in 40 years; Thanks to this project.
