There is not much diversity around me. However, i get to see a lot of diversity at school as people from not just different parts of the country but from different parts of the world come to study. In fact there is a lot of diversity in people belonging to the same region but different communities. For example there is a girl in my class who has come from Kerala. She brings uttapam, idli, dosa etc for lunch but another boy from Punjab brings sarso ka saag and aloo paratha for lunch. He wears a turban unlike some of us. At home, the people in the locality generally belong to the same community but they differ in terms of eating habits and their views and opinions. Some support a particular party while some have no political views at all.
