First of all, your question is wrong:

Sodium bicarbonate (NaHCO3), starts to break down into three compounds, forming sodium carbonate (Na2CO3), water (H2O) and carbon dioxide (CO2).

So now to find the number of moles of  Sodium carbonate,Na2CO3:

The balanced equation is : 2NaHCO3 = Na2CO3 +CO2 +H2O

We are given moles of Sodium bicarbonate,NaHCO3 = 0.2 moles

Use the ratio:

2:1

0.2:x

x= 0.2/2 =0.1 moles of sodium bicarbonate
