30 bags at 200 rs.------ total money=30*200=6000rs.----- increase in price=25%---- so, 200 + 25% of 200= 200+ 50 rs.----- new price= rs 250 per bag------- 6000/250(cost of each bag) = 24. Hence he can buy 24 bags
