sohan the toy shop owner sold two tricycles at same price. each one was sold for rupees 2200. on one he made a profit of 10%. and on the other he lost 12%. what was the cost of each of the cycle?

CP of First tricycle = 100/(P%+100) × SP
CP = 100/10+100 × 2200
CP = 100/110 × 2200
CP = Rs 2000

CP of Second tricycle = 100/(100-L%) × SP
CP = 100/(100-12) × 2200
CP = 100/88 × 2200
CP = 2500
