Soil is added to water in a beaker and stirered with a glass rod ,bubbles are seen coming out of the soil. What do there bubbles consist of?

soil have gases containing air in which nitrogen, oxygen, carbon dioxide etc. but mostly in soil nitrogen is present. Anabina, noctoc are nitrogen fixsing bactaria which are mainly in soil.
