2 x^2 - 5 x + 3 = 0

2 x^2 - 2 x - 3 x + 3 = 0

2 x ( x - 1 ) - 3 ( x - 1 ) = 0

( 2 x - 3 ) ( x - 1 ) = 0

( x - 1 ) ( 2 x - 3 ) = 0

x - 1 = 0 , 2 x - 3 = 0

x = 1 , 3 /2
