♠Answer♠

“You are the number 543
Its all a game of IQ

just think as the nearest hundred is 500
so the number must be from 450 to 550 ( between these )

now , as the nearest tens number is 540 , then the number must be from 535 to 545 .

now the only number between them which add up to 12 is 543 .

SOUND SIMPLE DOESN'T IT ?

the answer is 543 --- 5+4+3=12, ----------------------satisfies the condition
when it is rounded to the nearest 100, it is 500--- satisfies the condition
when it is rounded to the nearest 10, it is 540-----satisfies the condition
