  = \frac{1}{2} ( \frac{3x}{5}  + 4)≤ \frac{1}{3} ( \frac{x}{2}  + 4)

 = 3( \frac{3x}{5}  + 4)≤  2(x + 4)

( \frac{x}{2}  +  \frac{4}{1} ) \\  =  \frac{2x + 8}{2}  \\ = 2(x + 4)  \\  = x + 4

 =  \frac{9x}{5}  + 12≤2x - 8

 = 12  + 8≤ \frac{2x}{1}  -  \frac{9x}{5}

 = 20≤ \frac{10x - 9x}{5}

 = 20≤ \frac{x}{5}

 = x≤20 \times 5

 =x≤100

Solution  \: Set =(−∞,100)
