Ohk, um, we are going to use BEMDAS which is Brackets, Exponents, Multiplying, Dividing, Addition, Subtraction whichever comes first, so we see brackets first so we have to get rid of it  by working that area. so we work 11+4-2 which is 13 then we move to the curly bracket which is going to be 2 multiply by 13 which is 26. So now we have no brackets so what's next, there is division so that will be 2/7  (*) times 2 which will be 4/7. Then we do 4/7 +26 so we need to find a LCM (Least Common Factor) which will be 7 so its 4 + 182/7 = 186/7 so now we are left with 186/7 - 2 and again we find a LCM which is 7 again so its 186/7- 2/1 = 186 -14/7 which will give you 172/7 and when you divide 172/7 you will get  24.571 and thats your answer.
