\textbf{\underline{\underline{According\:to\:the\:Question}}}

2x + 3y = 11 ..... (1)

2x - 4y = -24 ..... (2)

★Now here solve equation (1) by substitution Method :-

2x + 3y = 11

3y = 11 - 2x

{\boxed{\sf\:{y=\dfrac{11-2x}{3}}}}

★Substitute the value of y in (2)

\rightarrow{2x-4(\dfrac{11-2x}{3}=-24}

6x - 44 + 8x = -72

14x = -72 + 44

14x = -28

{\boxed{\sf\:{x=\dfrac{-28}{14}}}}

x = -2

{\boxed{\bigstar{{Substitute\;the\;value\;of\;x\;in (1)}}}}

2(-2) + 3y = 11

3y = 11 + 4

3y = 15

{\boxed{\sf\:{y=\dfrac{15}{3}}}}

y = 5

★Now :-

y = mx + 3

5 = m(-2) + 3

5 = -2m + 3

5 - 3 = -2m

2 = -2m

{\boxed{\sf\:{\dfrac{2}{-2}=m}}}

m = -1
