To eliminate y we multiply (1) by 1 and (2) by 1

2x- 3y = -4

5x - 3y = 7

=> -3x = -11

=> x = 11/3

Putting the value of x = 11/3 in the equation no (1) we get,

=> 2x- 3y = -4

=> 2(11/3)-3y = -4

=> 22/3-3y = -4

=> 3y = 6/11

=> y = 2/11

Hence, the value of x= 11/3 and

y = 2/11
