x=13-3y......(2).

Substitute x=13-3y in equation (1).

3x+2y=11.

3(13-3y)+2y=11.

39-9y+2y=11.

-9y+2y=11-39.

y=-28/-7.

y=4. (Because -×-=+).

Substitute y=4 in equation (2).

x=13-3y.

x=13-3(4).

x=13-12.
