 \implies(3x + 2y)(3x + 2y)

 \implies9 {x}^{2} + 6xy + 6xy + 4 {y}^{2}

 \implies9 {x}^{2}  + 4 {y}^{2}  + 12xy

 \implies(3x+2y)^{2}

Hope its help u dear .
