solve 3x+5y=4 and 2x-3y=9

3x+5y=4 equation no1×2

2x-3y=9 equation no2×3

6x+10y=8

6x-9y=27

19y=-19

y=-1

put in y equation no1

3x+5y=4

3x+5×-1=4

3x=4+5

3x=9

x=3
