Heya!!! ✌️✌️

Here is your answer dear....

Simplifying
4(2x + -5) + 17 = 29

Reorder the terms:
4(-5 + 2x) + 17 = 29
(-5 * 4 + 2x * 4) + 17 = 29
(-20 + 8x) + 17 = 29

Reorder the terms:
-20 + 17 + 8x = 29

Combine like terms: -20 + 17 = -3
-3 + 8x = 29

Solving
-3 + 8x = 29

Solving for variable 'x'.

Move all terms containing x to the left, all other terms to the right.

Add '3' to each side of the equation.
-3 + 3 + 8x = 29 + 3

Combine like terms: -3 + 3 = 0
0 + 8x = 29 + 3
8x = 29 + 3

Combine like terms: 29 + 3 = 32
8x = 32

Divide each side by '8'.
x = 4

Simplifying
x = 4

I HOPE THIS WILL HELP YOU OUT.....

HAVE A GREAT DAY DEAR...

Heya friend,
Here is the answer you were looking for:

4(2x - 5) + 17 = 19

4×2x - 4×5 + 17 = 19

8x - 20 + 17 = 19

8x - 3 = 19

8x = 19 + 3

8x = 22

x = 22/8

x = 11/4

Hope this helps!!!

@Mahak24

Thanks...
