HERe IS UR AnS:

We have , equations

4x -8y = -4 and 7x -14y = -7 .

On comparing these equations with ,

a1/a2 = b1/b2 =c1/c2 , we find that these equations satisfies the relation , Hence , these are the equations of coincident lines and have infinitely many values of x and y . One such value is x = 0 and y = 0 .
