5(x+2)-2(3-4x)=3(x+5)-4(4-x)
5x+10-6+8x=3x+15-16+4x
13x+4=7x-1
13x-7x=-4-1

Hi ,

5(x+2) - 2(3-4x)= 3(x + 5 )-4(4-x )

=>5x+10-6+8x = 3x + 15 - 16 + 4x

=> 13x + 4 = 7x - 1

=> 13x - 7x = -1 - 4

=> 6x = -5

x = -5/6

I hope this helps you.
