Solve 5x+2÷2x+3=12÷7

x=2

Explanation:

(5x+2)/(2x+3) = 12/7

Do the cross multiplication ,

we get

=> 7(5x+2)=12(2x+3)

=> 35x+14=24x+36

=> 35x-24x=36-14

=> 11x=22

=> x= 22/11

=> x = 2
