  • We have to evaluate the above expression by using the given data.

              Given data:- -7x-15=-4x.

              To find:- Value of the expression.

              Solution:-

  • Here we will use the transposition method.
  • Transposition is one of the linear equations.
  • To solve the transposition method we wi.ll Identify the variables and constants.
  • Then we Simplify the equation in LHS and RHS.
  • Now Simplify the equation using arithmetic operations.

        By using the transposition method.

        we get,

                  -7x-15=-4x\\=>-7x+4x=15\\=>-3x=15\\=>x=\frac{15}{-3}\\=>x=-5 .

       Hence we will get the value x=-5.
