We are given :-

(x + y + z) ÷ 3 = 45

=> x + y + z = 135 ---(1)

and, x = (y + z) ÷ 2 + 9

=> 2x - y - z = 18 ---(2)

and, (y + z) ÷ 2 = y + 2

=> y = z - 4 ---(3)

Substituting y = z - 4 in equation (2) :-

2x - z + 4 - z = 18

2x - 2z = 14 => x - z = 7

Thus, (3) is the correct option for this particular problem.
