6x +  \frac{1}{3}  + 1 = x -  \frac{3}{6}

taking LCM on both sides

 \frac{18x + 1 + 3}{3} =  \frac{6x - 3}{3}

By cross multiplication we get:-

(18x + 4) \times 3 = (6x - 3) \times 3

54x + 12 = 18x - 9

54x - 18x + 12 + 9=0

36x + 21=0

36x =  - 21

x =  \frac{ - 21}{36}

x =  \frac{ - 7}{12}

this is the correct answer my friend.

Have a nice day.

Answer:

x= -3/2

Step-by-step explanation:

6x+1/3+1=x/1-3/6

6x+1/3+1=6x-3/6

Now Cross Multiply

36x+6=(3+1) (6x-3)

36x+6=18x-9 + 6x-3

36x+6=24x-12

36x-24x= -12-6

12x= -18

x= -18/12

x= -3/2

Hope It Helps
