I have drawn FBD and explained everything in the photo. At the end I have converted all the given values in kg and m, so don't confuse.

Rohan1155: stretch the 2 springs and draw the situation when the ball is at 5cm below. Mg acts downwards and 2kxsin(theta) works upwards. Sin theta will be 5/13. In kx, x=13(From triplet of 12,5 and 13)
