4 {p}^{2}  + 7 = 12p \\  =  > 4  {p}^{2}  - 12p + 7 = 0 \\  =  > 4( {p}^{2}  - 3p +  \frac{9}{4} ) = 2 \\  =  >  {(p -  \frac{3}{2} })^{2}  =  \frac{1}{2}  \\  =  > p -  \frac{3}{2}  =  | \frac{1}{ \sqrt[2]{2} } |  \\  =  > p =  \frac{3}{2}  +  \frac{ \sqrt{2} }{2}  \\  =  > p =  \frac{3}{2}  -  \frac{ \sqrt{2} }{2}  \\  =  > p =  \frac{3 +  \sqrt{2} }{2}  \\  =  > p =  \frac{3 -  \sqrt{2} }{2}
Hope it helps
