It cant be solved by completing the square method as coefficient of x^2 Is 1 and if we divide it to the whole gives the same equation so ,we simply solve it by factorisation method :

 =  >  {x}^{2}  + 10x - 9 = 0

 =  >  {x}^{2}  + 9x + x - 9 = 0

 =  > x(x + 9)  - 1(x + 9) = 0

 =  > (x - 1)(x + 9) = 0

 =  > x - 1 = 0

 \bold{=  > x = 1}

 =  > x + 9 = 0

 \bold{=  > x =  - 9}

Hence ,the roots are :(1,-9)
