3x-2y=5/2         ...............(1)
1/3x+3y=-4/3    ...............(2)
D=|a1   b1 |
    |a2   b2  |

  =| 3    -2  |
    |1/3   3  |
  =3*3-(-2)*1/3
   =  9+2/3
   =9/1*3+2/3
   =27/3+2/3
   =29/3

Dx  =  5/2     -2
        -4/3        3
     =  5/2*3-(-2)*(-4\3)
     =  15/2 *3 -2*4/3 *2
      =45/6-16/6
     =29/6

Dy = 3*(-4\3) - 1/3*5/2
     =-12/3-5/6
     = -4/1*6-5/6
     =-24/6-5/6
     =-29/6

x = Dx/D
   = 29/6/29/3
   =29/6*3/29
   =2
Y = -29/6/29/3
   =  -29/6*3/29
    =  2
