here is your answer
by elimination method,,,,,
6bx+6ay=3a+2b -------;;(1)
6bx-6ay=3b-2a ---------(2)

on multiplying the (I) by a and (ii) by b
that we get,,,,,,,

6a²x+6aby=3a²+2ab
6b²x+6aby=3b²-2ab

on adding the (I) and (ii)
6(a²+b²)x=3(a²+b²)
x=3(a²+b²) / 6(a²+b²)
x=1/2

Again putting the value of x in another equation, that we get,,,,
6a*1/2+6by=3a+2b
6by=2b
y=2b/6b
y=1/3.....

that's all,,
Sorry for I'm solving this question to cross multiplication,,, because by cross long answer.... sorry but by elimination is short method for solving.....
