Role of saliva ....

1. When we properly chewed any food then due to the presence of saliva it occurs sweet in taste.

2.In unchewed food saliva not screte in properly and taste of food is not occur as a sweet.

Unchewed can't be mix with saliva properly and also the digestive enzymes present in saliva does not mix with the food .
