3x-y=9       9x-8y=-12
*-8                  *1
-24x+8y=72     9x-8y=-12
Subtract,
x= -4
3* -4 -y = 9
-12 -y=9
y=21
x=-4    y=21

 -  = -1  and x - = 3----------(1)
from(1) x-y/3=3 or x=3+y/3-----(2)

3x/4-2y/3=-1
=>[3(
3+y/3)]/4-(2y/3)=-1
=>(9+3y)/4-2y/3=-1
=>3(9+3y)-4*2y=-1
=>27+9y-8y=-1
=>y=26---------(3)
putting (3) in (2),we'll get the value of x.
