Step-by-step explanation:

4x + 3y = 25.......equ(1)

3x + 4y = 24

3x = 24 - 4y

x =  \frac{24 - 4y}{3} .......equation (2)

replacing X by the equation 2 in equation 1

4[(24-4y)/3]+3y=25

(96-16y)/3+3y=25

(96-16y+9y)/3=25

96-7y=25×3

96-7y=75

96-75=7y

21=7y

y=21/7=3

substituting y value in equation 1

4x+3×3=25

4x+9=25

4x=25-9

4x=16

4x=16

x=16/4=4

so, x=4 And y=3
