2x-8y=10----(1)

3x+8y=15----(2)

NOW,

eq(2)× (-1),

=>-3x -8y = -15 -----(3)

eq no (1) - eq no(3),

=> 5x = 25

=> x = 5

Putting the value of x in eq no(1)

10-8y=10

=> -8y= 0

=> y =0

x = 5

and y = 0
