By the formula
a^2- b^2 => ( a+b ) ( a-b)
=( CAT)^2 - (RAD) ^2
=> ( CAT - RAD ) ( CAT + RAD)
=> A ( CT - RD) A( CT + RD)

actually I sent you a tricky question where CAT & RAD both are a single variable.This sum actually came in HS years ago having only 1 marks and students got confused seeing the big variables.
