Step-by-step explanation:

3x/2-5/3=-2

=> {45x-50}=-6=> 45x= 44=> X=44/45

Also, X/3+y/2= 13/6

=> {2x+3y}=13

=> X={13-3y}/2

Thus, both are values for x

so, they must be equal

Now,

(14-3y)/2= 44/45

=> 14-3y= 88/45

=> 3y= 14-(88/45)

=> 3Y= {630-88}/45

=> Y= 547/135
