Multiply by $\dfrac{2}{7}$ on both sides,


$\frac{x + 3}{x - 2} \times \frac{2}{7} = \frac{7}{2} \times \frac{2}{7} \\ \\ \\ \frac{2(x + 3)}{7(x - 2)} = 1$



again multiply by 7( x - 2 ) on both sides,


$\frac{2(x + 3)}{7(x - 3)} \times 7(x - 3) = 1 \times (7x - 3)$

2( x + 3 ) = 7( x - 2 )

2x + 6 = 7x - 14

6 + 14 = 7x -2x

20 = 5x


Divide both sides by 5


$\frac{20}{5} = \frac{5x}{5}$
