solve equations by using suitable identities (3-2x)(3+2x)

SOLUTIOn

→ (3 + 2x)(3 - 2x)

Applying identity :

(a + b)(a - b) = -

→ (3)² - (2x)²

→ 9 - 4x²

SOMe IDENTITIEs

  • (a + b)² = a² + b² + 2ab
  • (a - b)² = a² + b² - 2ab
  • a³ - b³ = (a - b)(a² + ab + b²)
  • a³ + b³ = (a + b)(a² - ab + b²)
