let the present age of rahul and haroon be 5x and 7x respectively.
four years later age rahul will be 5x+4 and that of haroon will be 7x+4.
now, 5x+4+7x+4=56
12x+8=56
3x+2=14
3x=12
x=4
therfore present age of rahul is 20yrs and haroon is 28yrs.
similarly u can solve question 10 by taking no. of boys as 7x and girls as 5x.
7x=5x+8
x=4
boys=7×4=28
girls=5×4=20
total strenght of class=28+20=48students.

The number of boys =7x+8

$7x + 8 = 5x \\ x = 4$
So now number of Boys = 7×4+8=36
Number of Girls = 5×4=20

After 4 years their ages will be
Age of Rahul be 5x+4
Age of Haroon be 7x+4

$5x + 4 + 7x + 4 = 56 \\ 12x + 8 = 56 \\ 12x = 56 - 8 = 48 \\ x = \frac{48}{12} = 4$
So Age of Rahul =5×4=20 years
Haroon =7×4=28 years
