Hey friend, ☺️ here is your answer ___________________________

Two equations are :-
x + 2y = - 1................ (1)
2x - 3y = 0

Multiply (1) by 2, we get
2(x + 2y) = - 1 *2
2x + 4y = - 2

Now we have these two equations :-

2x + 4y = - 2...............(2)
2x - 3y = 0................(3)

Subtract (2) and (3) we get,
(2x + 4y) - (2x - 3y) = - 2 - 0
2x + 4y - 2x + 3y = - 2
7y = - 2
y = - 2/7

Put this in (1) we get
x + 2y = - 1
x + 2 * - 2/7 = - 1
x = - 1 + 4/7
x = - 3/7

Hope this helps you...
